SOLONPORT BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., operating under the SOLONPORT name, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice when it receives and manages enquiries through this website.

When you use the contact form or communicate with us, we may process:

• your name, company and business email address;
• the message and any information you choose to include;
• correspondence and follow-up records connected with the enquiry; and
• limited technical and security information such as IP address, request time, browser/device data and server logs.

Please do not submit confidential operational data, special-category personal data or information about another person unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so.

We process this information to receive, assess and respond to enquiries; continue requested business correspondence; protect the form and website against misuse; maintain system security; produce limited aggregate statistics about page interest and technical website use; and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.

Depending on the enquiry and applicable law, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, keeping proportionate business records, understanding aggregate website use and protecting our services. Consent is used only where the relevant processing genuinely requires it, such as optional future marketing communication.

Information is available only to authorised SOLONPORT personnel who need it for the enquiry. It may also be processed by hosting, email, infrastructure, security and professional service providers acting for the purposes described above, or disclosed to competent authorities when legally required.

Because SOLONPORT works internationally and service providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside the country where it was submitted. Where cross-border safeguards are required, the responsible business will use the mechanism applicable to the transfer and the service-provider relationship.

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and related business correspondence, and afterwards only where a proportionate legal, contractual, security or record-keeping need remains. Technical logs are retained for operational and security periods appropriate to their purpose.

When the applicable purpose and retention need end, information is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the relevant process.

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing, and raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Send a request to solonport@solonport.com. We may request information needed to verify your identity and understand the request, but you should not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

Our current cookie and embedded-media approach is described in the Cookie Policy. The website does not add client-side analytics cookies or third-party analytics tags. Restricted server logs are used to produce an internal aggregate GoAccess report; IP addresses are anonymised before they appear in that report. YouTube content is not loaded until a visitor chooses to activate it.
