Introduction

QTerminals Antalya uses SOLONPORT TOS together with automatic gate and automatic weighbridge workflows. The publicly shared field video shows how vehicle and container identification, lane activity and weighing can remain connected to the same terminal operation.

01 — Field deployment

Connected entry and weighing in operation

At QTerminals Antalya, SOLONPORT automatic gate and automatic weighbridge workflows operate alongside the terminal's SOLONPORT TOS environment. The deployment connects physical lane activity with the operational records used across the vehicle visit.

The public field video presents the solution in its operating context: vehicles approach the controlled lanes, identification events are captured and weighing activity remains associated with the same terminal journey.

In its public commissioning announcement, QTerminals Antalya confirmed that the Automatic Gate Weighbridge System developed with SOLONPORT Automation had been successfully commissioned. The operator described weighing and registration at terminal entrances and exits as fully automated, with faster, safer and more transparent processing.

02 — Identification

Vehicle and container identification

Vehicle licence plates are read using OCR. Container numbers and ISO codes are read through image processing and OCR, allowing the identified vehicle and container to be associated with the gate and weighbridge workflow.

This deployment does not include container damage detection. The scope shown here is identification and operational event continuity—not automated damage assessment.

03 — Operational continuity

One operational trail from gate to weighbridge

Keeping identification, lane and weighing events connected reduces the need to treat each checkpoint as a separate transaction. The operational context remains available to the terminal workflow while the vehicle moves through the controlled process.

The deployment illustrates SOLONPORT's approach to terminal-edge automation: purpose-built gate and weighbridge capabilities connected to the established TOS foundation.
